Hello! My name is Isabelle. I graduated from Umass Boston with a masters degree in counseling and am on my way to becoming a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC). I have over 5 years of experience in a wide variety of therapeutic settings including psychiatric hospitals, outpatient clinics, schools, and working in a practice that specializes in ketamine and TMS therapies. I have experience with all ages, and while I specialize in working with children and adolescents, I also welcome adults into my practice. I enjoy creating a warm and welcoming space for clients to freely express themselves, and believe this is fundamental to therapeutic care. In session, I pull from various approaches in order to create care that is tailored to the needs of each individual. Some examples of the techniques I utilize are: person-centered, CBT, art-therapy, mindfulness, play therapy, solution-focused, and trauma-focused therapies. I take a holistic approach to mental health and I am passionate about utilizing the mind-body connection as a tool to promote overall health and wellbeing. I often work with clients who are experiencing anxiety, depression, self-esteem issues, neurodevelopmental disorders, adjustment issues, and trauma.

Hi, I’m Sophie! I completed my Masters in Social Work (MSW) from Salem State University. Prior to and during my undergraduate and graduate studies, I worked with and coached children ranging from kindergarten through high school. I have worked with a diverse population of children engaging in therapy. My master’s level internship was at a suburban high school and through that year I learned extensive information and skills regarding my therapeutic practice and intervention skills among adolescents. In my practice I employ CBT, narrative therapy, and cognitive reframing, amongst other modalities. Whether a child is in need of a little extra help in regard to school issues, anxiety, ADHD, or life events I will apply a client centered approach to our therapeutic sessions.

Hello there! I am Cody Schram (he/him) and I am currently a Masters level Intern working towards my degree as a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor. After 15+ years working with all ages, and a particular focus on children, adolescents and emerging adults as a soccer coach, I hope to apply my unique lived experiences and invaluable time spent fostering multicultural initiatives, participating in social justice collectives, and leading athletes through their mental and physical careers, to help aid in creating an inclusive, warm, and welcoming environment for all. Through my approach rooted in kindness, humility, and unconditional empathy, my goal is to offer a comfortable space for clients to freely express themselves, allowing for mental, emotional growth and a greater sense of self, ultimately empowering clients to fully self-actualize.
