I am an outpatient clinician who graduated from St. Michael’s College in 2017 with my Master’s Degree in Clinical Psychology. Since graduating, I have worked in healthcare settings for the past three years. Part of my clinical interest is focusing on how people cope with comorbid health conditions, and how various physical conditions affect a person’s mental health. I am also interested in the dramatic uptick in mental health diagnoses since the beginning of the COVID-19 pandemic, and how people have felt the strain on their lives in different ways. I have a specific interest in women’s health conditions, due to my background in studying period pain in adolescent females. Some areas I am passionate about include professional burn-out, existential crises, anxiety, depression, and trauma. I aim to practice with solution-focused methods, and encourage clients to be self-directed in their own treatment.
